Jessica Lawson is a mother of five who has worked as a client success manager focusing on cybersecurity, primarily with clients in the medical field, including Electronic Medical Records providers, hospital chains, and biomedical, pharmaceutical, and clinical trial firms. She has been a caregiver for multiple members of her own family and is dedicated to continuation of that care through Executive Home Care of Conway, AR.

Chase Smith is a husband and father of 3 girls as well as an experienced Network Engineer with over 13 years of experience in Banking/Finance. Bailey Smith is a wife, mother of 3 and professional hairstylist with 15 years of experience, including 6 years as the owner and operator of The Jordan Bailey Group salon. She also has extensive experience as a primary caregiver for both of her parents, who had Multiple Sclerosis and ALS, providing in-home care that included transfers, feeding tube assistance, respiratory care, and daily support.
